The place was so cute and lovely. The AC was HIGHLY appreciated. My only beef was that doors were so narrow but honestly, that just seems like the norm for the area. So I don't really consider that a negative at all. Highly recommend : ).

Cute and spacious flat in the center of Lisbon, walking distance to cool restaurants, bars and coffee shops! The terrace in the flat was our personal favourite - would highly recommended!

J’ai passé un séjour fantastique dans l’appartement d’Eric à Lisbonne, situé dans le quartier de Principe Real. L’emplacement est parfait, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques à proximité. L’appartement lui-même est propre, confortable et très bien équipé avec une petite terrasse pour profiter des bières au soleil après de longue journée en ville. Eric a été un hôte attentionné et disponible, rendant mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Lisbonne dans les meilleures conditions. Merci encore, Eric, je reviendrais ! <3

I had a great stay. The biggest win is the location, it’s near so much—yet pretty peaceful. Eric was also very responsive. The place itself does what it needs to do. I honestly can’t complain. It’s not somewhere I’d book if I wanted to stay inside and play house and be all cosy. But I don’t think that’s what people stay in Bairro Alto for. It’s perfect if you want to explore the city and then come home and rest and recuperate to go back out again. I was only here for 3 nights so it was exactly what I needed and I fell in love with Lisbon whilst staying here.

Este espaço foi ótimo para visitar Lisboa, estava muito perto de tudo o que queríamos fazer e ver, fica num bairro bonito, muito fácil de andar. O anfitrião foi ótimo, comunicou todas as instruções com clareza, até nos deixou deixar a nossa bagagem lá enquanto explorávamos um pouco mais antes de irmos para o aeroporto. O pátio era uma ótima adição, muito brilhante e ensolarado pela manhã. A Airbnb estava limpa e a cama era confortável. Ótimo preço, recomendaria!

The place was above expectations! Spacious, clean, quiet, great location! Eric was a great host, very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend : ).

El hospedaje fue fantástico, todo está nuevo, tiene un gran balcón y puertas para ventilar, aire acondicionado en todo el apto, las instrucciones fueron perfectas, el barrio en la noche es calmado, y hay fácil acceso a transportes, en general y definitivo el lugar está perfecto para una estancia larga y bien acomodada.

We made a last-minute booking of this apartment and didn’t regret it at all! It is very new and fresh, located in a beautifully renovated house. The area is good, with walkable access to public transport and lots of cafes. It’s quiet at night though. The host replied to our messages almost immediately.
